Stephanie T. Pawuk
Mrs. Pawuk started her legal career in the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office, prosecuting juvenile, misdemeanor and felony charges. She was the lead trial attorney in the misdemeanor division and domestic violence prosecutor for the felony division. Mrs. Pawuk has tried dozens of cases before a jury and has extensive courtroom experience. Most importantly, Mrs. Pawuk is experienced in negotiating plea agreements that are advantageous for both sides.
After working in the State Attorney's Office Mrs. Pawuk started her own firm, Stephanie T. Pawuk, P.A., with an office in St. Petersburg, FL. She then took several years off to start a family. Mrs. Pawuk, has practiced law for 9 years. While in practice, Mrs. Pawuk has volunteered hundreds of hours of pro bono services and in 2005 won an award for her work at the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg, FL. She is currently serving as a Guardian ad Litem advocate for abused and neglected children. Mrs. Pawuk also works with Bay Area Legal Services as a pro bono attorney representing domestic violence victims.
Prior to going to law school Mrs. Pawuk worked in the business world at Home Shopping Network and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. She has years of experience helping people with their businesses, from writing business plans, to organization, to financing. Her great love is in helping people be successful in their business and personal endeavors.
