Daniel N. Pawuk
Daniel Pawuk has spent nearly his entire career practicing criminal law. After graduating from law school in 2000, he worked as a prosecutor for the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office where he handled all misdemeanor crimes and served as a lead trial attorney for the domestic violence division. In 2003 he joined the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office where he handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases ranging in seriousness from DUI to Manslaughter.
In 2006 Mr. Pawuk joined a pre-eminent DUI/Criminal defense firm in Phoenix, Arizona, The Law Offices of Craig W. Penrod, P.C. There, he handled numerous trials and gained extensive experience in challenging both breath and blood tests in DUI cases. (AZ law enforcement utilizes the same breath testing machine used in FL, the Intoxilyzer 8000, but they are also permitted to do forced blood draws of citizens arrested in any DUI case).
Over the course of his career, Mr. Pawuk has handled over one hundred jury and bench trials, and has argued countless motions and appeals. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, Arizona and Washington D.C.
